Colored/Shaded Cartoon Scene

This is my colored cartoon scene! For this assignment, I was asked to choose a scene from a selection of different genres (I chose humor). Then, I used many different Photoshop techniques, to color and shade each part of the scene and create each character. This assignment was very fun and I hope you enjoy!

Mona Lisa

Once upon a time, there was a woman named Mona Lisa, who didn't have any eyebrows and who hated wearing all those fancy clothes (I mean, look at her smile; she's not happy). 514 years after she was painted on a canvas (1503), she was put into Photoshop and found her true self: Eating at the burger shop with some ketchup and mustard. In this Mona Lisa, I started with trace all of her features. After tracing, I replaced her old dress, with a jacket, using the Photoshop fill tool. Additionally, I put in a new background and added a tablecloth for the restaurant.  I also added one of my favorite art pieces I made in 6th grade of ketchup and mustard. This involved a lot of .JPEGs and hard work, but in the end it was really worth it. I have really enjoyed this project, because I got to show you what Mona Lisa should be like.

First Day Back!

Hi! I'm now an eighth grader! Unfortunately, my advanced art class was cancelled, due to budget cuts, but I'm excited to be back in digital art, helping Mrs. Forrest and this year's students. Can't wait!

Celebrity Photobomb
